I had purchased DEH-2190UB in June 2009 and the product is under warranty. The product had been giving problems from past 6 months. The device had to reset every time. I happen to visit Pioneer Service station at Surya Nagar, Gaziabad.
The solution provided by them don't seems to be viable to me, since they informed me that there need to be direct connection with power for the device to resolve this problem.
I happen to be using Pioneer devices from past 6 to 7yrs and never had any issue with my previous devices.
I even tried calling your customer support number 0124-463-6100 but no one answered the call. Hence, please look into this and do the needful at the earliest.
Till date the matter had not been resolved. I would share more details with you. Don't purchase Pioneer Electornics Products, not even in FREE!!
